The soft, smooth or full grain calfskin used for this product has been minimally treated with chemical agents to preserve its soft feel. This is a precious and fragile material, which will take on an attractive sheen over time. Veins and wrinkles are natural aspects of this superior leather and are what make each piece unique. They are individual characteristics of each hide and should in no way be considered imperfections.
Some products are constructed with magnetic closures. Avoid direct contact of such closures with your credit cards or other magnetic cards to prevent them from demagnetizing.
The softness of calfskin will make this product more sensitive to stains and scratches. However, it will acquire a slight sheen over time that will help lessen the effects of general wear and tear.
