Who is the controller of your personal data?

For what purpose do we process your personal data?
To maintain a business relationship with the user. The operations planned for the processing are:

On what grounds can we process your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
By legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: conducting market research, statistical analysis, etc., and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal requirements dictating their custody; when no longer necessary for such purposes, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee the anonymization of the data or their total destruction.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
No disclosure of personal data to third parties is planned except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.

The rights assisting the USER are:

Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of their data, and the restriction or objection to its processing.

2. COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the provider to meet their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are true and is responsible for communicating any modification thereof.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. In the event that all data are not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to your needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
That in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under their responsibility, and clearly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that they have implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.

SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVACY POLICY 1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER
Who is the controller of your personal data?
Edmundo David Juarez Abreu, hereinafter the CONTROLLER, informs the USER that they have created a profile on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and Google+, and that they are the controller of the processing of the user’s personal data carried out on those social networks, and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and therefore provides the following information about the processing:

Purpose of the processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER, which may include the following operations:
Handle requests and queries submitted to the controller Inform about activities and events organised by the controller Inform about products or services offered by the controller Interact through the official profiles
On what grounds can we process your personal data?
Legal basis for the processing: Article 6.1(a) GDPR, the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the CONTROLLER’s social network, thus showing interest in the information published on it; therefore, when requesting to follow our official profiles, you provide your consent for the processing of the personal data published on your profile.
The USER can access the privacy policies of the social network itself at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
The CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER’s public information, in particular their contact name. These data are only used within the social network itself and will only be added to a file of the CONTROLLER when necessary to handle the USER’s request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: they will be kept as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent given, as indicated in this privacy policy.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
Disclosure of data: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER’s social networks, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the services the USER uses, and may therefore be made publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure what information they want to make public in each case, view the permissions granted, delete or disable them, like any third-party application they no longer wish to use.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:
Access to the profile’s public information Posting on the USER’s profile any information already published on the CONTROLLER’s social network Sending personal and individual messages through the social network channels Page status updates that will be published on the USER’s profile
The USER can always control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them and restrict who they share their connections with; to do so, they must access their privacy settings.
3. POSTS
Once the USER is a follower or has joined the CONTROLLER’s social network, they may post comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Any post on the social network is expressly prohibited, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that offends or may offend morality, ethics, good taste or decency, and/or that infringes, violates or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law.
In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER will not be responsible for content that a USER has freely published.
The USER should bear in mind that their posts will be visible to other users, so they themselves are primarily responsible for their privacy.
Images that may be posted on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but they will remain on the social network.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES
Access and registration through the CONTROLLER’s social networks is prohibited for minors under 18. Likewise, if the USER has special capacities, the intervention of the holder of their parental authority or guardianship, or their legal representative, will be required by means of a valid document proving representation.
The CONTROLLER is expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special capacities. The CONTROLLER’s social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors; therefore, if the USER is a minor, they must not register or use the CONTROLLER’s social networks, nor provide any personal information.
